William John Sims was born in England in 1968 and currently lives in Hong Kong.  William studied at the Hong Kong Academy of Fine Art and is a member of the Asia International Artists Association ("AIAA”).  His works can be found in numerous international collections.  William was formerly in the British Foreign Service and during his time as a Diplomat was posted to Asia, Africa and the Middle-East.  His life and experiences have shaped his imagination & art.
